What does the AED 1,499–4,999 actually pay for?

The full Raftel platform — three AI co-pilots, owner dashboard, bookings, invoicing, KPI tracking, outreach engine, knowledge base, and ongoing support. WhatsApp Business API conversation fees (set by Meta) are passed through at cost — typically AED 0.20 per 24-hour conversation window, billed monthly with no markup.

Is my customer data safe?

Your tenant data is fully isolated — your customers' chats and bookings never mix with another business's. We don't sell data, we don't train models on your conversations, and you can export everything any time. Hosted in UAE-region infrastructure.

Does Raftel replace me or my staff?

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes — your Rafael handles Arabic and English customers natively, switching based on what each customer messages in. The owner dashboard is in English for v1; Arabic dashboard support is on the roadmap for Q3.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, no annual lock-in. You own your data — full export available at any time. We bill on the 1st of each month; cancel before the 1st and you won't be charged for the next month.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

If you don't have one, we'll set it up for you during onboarding — included free in all plans. If you already have a WABA via another provider, we can migrate it. Takes 2-3 business days for Meta verification either way.

What integrations do you support?

Out of the box: Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Meta Ads. On the Operator plan: knowledge sync from Google Drive. On Scale: custom API/webhook integrations with your POS, ERP, or accounting (Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks). If you need something specific, ask us — we ship integrations weekly.
