Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raftel platform and services. By signing up for or using Raftel, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Raftel provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation services for businesses, including automated booking, customer communication, reminders, and analytics. The service is accessed through our web dashboard at app.raftel.ae and operates via the WhatsApp Business API.
2. Subscription and Billing
- Free pilot: All new accounts begin with a 14-day free pilot period. No credit card is required to start.
- Monthly billing: After the pilot period, subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed in AED on our pricing page.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the billing period ends.
- Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase. You may cancel if you do not agree to the new pricing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Raftel responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without proper consent.
- Use the platform to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to bypass conversation limits or abuse the platform's resources.
- Impersonate another business or individual.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates UAE federal law or any applicable local regulation.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
4. WhatsApp Compliance
Your use of Raftel must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. This includes:
- Obtaining proper opt-in consent before messaging customers.
- Respecting opt-out requests promptly.
- Not using WhatsApp to send prohibited content as defined by Meta.
- Following Meta's messaging templates and approval requirements.
Raftel is not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your WhatsApp Business account due to policy violations on your part.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. This includes your customer conversations, booking records, business information, and analytics data. We do not claim ownership of any data you create or upload to the platform.
You grant Raftel a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. If you cancel your account, you can export your data before it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Level
- Uptime target: We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Raftel platform.
- Scheduled maintenance: We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of planned maintenance windows.
- Incident response: In the event of unplanned downtime, we will communicate status updates through our status page and email.
The 99.5% uptime target is a goal, not a guarantee. We do not offer service level credits at this time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Raftel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business API, internet outages, or your customers' actions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Raftel platform, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Raftel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business during the subscription period.
9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
- We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law.
- Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and bot services will end. Data is retained for 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE federal law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
