- WhatsApp messages: Conversations between your customers and the Raftel AI assistant, including text messages and media shared during conversations.

- Usage data: How you interact with the Raftel dashboard, including page views, feature usage, and session duration.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address when you access the dashboard.

- Provide and operate the Raftel automation services.
- Process bookings, reminders, and customer communications on your behalf.
- Generate analytics and KPI reports for your dashboard.

All data is stored on UAE-region servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all access is logged and audited.

- With your business: Your customers' conversation and booking data is shared with your business account, as this is the core purpose of the service.
- Service providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, WhatsApp Business API) that process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by UAE law or a valid legal order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
